Data upgrade help needed

Ok, my second complaint for the day, so bear with me please.

There is a special on the MTN Direct website with the following details

Extended data 40MB
Huawei E230
R239x24
40MB data
and Acer Aspire One Netbook

Now seeing as I have 2 data contracts, and one is now up for renewal, I would like to see if I can get the above promotion, yet no one at MTN call centre seems to have a clue about this.

Any help guys? I would like some additional info on the Netbook, as well as info on whether I can take the offer?
 
I called one of my retentions contacts and she says she will look into obtaining the specs of the laptop, pm me your number and il check what we can do. I cant garantee anything yet seeing as some of these data packages deals require you to finish a 24 month period so after i have your number il forward it to our guys and let them advise you further.

Im still working on this one, i see you are indeed due for upgrade, im just hitting a snag as they are saying this is an MTN direct special (new contracts), il check what can be done.
Im also struggling to get the netbook specs out of these guysssss, should look a little something like this though:

So, cancel he contract due for the upgrade and enter into a new contract

P.S. Sorry man, but who can I contact for this promotion? I tried 808 call centre, but they don't have a clue :)
