Does rain have a fair usage policy when it comes to downloads or data usage? I have noticed that for the past two days the amount of data that I use is getting capped/throttled when it reaches 57 GB. I am not aware of any restrictions on the amount of data one gets to use when you are on the unlimited data plan.

They don't have but they may have created one just for you if you are doing about 440gigs in 4 days. Averaging 110 gigs a day so far. How thirsty for data can one be to use so much at once - it's uncapped everyday. Pace yourself - it'll still be there tomorrow as well as next week.

….and here I was feeling bad for clapping 6gb in two days.

I look up to you Senpai 320gb :thumbsup::X3:

This is why we cant have nice things, there is absolutely no need to abuse the system like this. Is the entire road downloading by you?

Genius. Ask people R20/Gb, gooi godzillameshrouter, profit!

Even if they don't have one I sincerely hope they're throttling you.

There's absolutely no need to be doing 320GB in two days, none whatsover. Wow

Geez look at everyone saying his data usage is too much. Not everyone watches funny cat videos on facebook on 144p okay....

4 xbox one games and you hit that usage easy not to mention twitch or youtube live streaming. Windows updates and moved files to google drive for backup. Backed up all your photos from your phone to google photos.

It's mobile, not fixed fibre.

Yeah but still not everyone has fixed fibre or adsl options.

I'm against abuse of LTE because spectrum is hard to come by and one person can slow a tower down for everyone that is why I always encourage people to download between 1am and 7am because then most people are not using the connection. Hitting uncapped LTE for 19 hours a day is just unfair usage and probably counts as abuse.

I did over 200gig on Rain last month, but I normally schedule stuff to start at midnight like you said. I configured my load balancing router to switch back to Vodacom at 6am.

I do terrabytes and i do not care what yal say, if you do not download thats you but i am getting my money's worth now that being said even i myself did not get to 320gb in two days but after the month i was around 800gb to 1.3tb They should not throttle you though. My phone can easily eat 10 - 20gb a day if i let it do whatever it wants.
