Where can i check my cellphone internet usage. Just can't seem to find it. I don't have any data bundles.

You can only check if you have bundles, else you'll have to wait for the bill. Maybe check the bill, there should be an interim bill on vc4me?

If you are on contract you can pull a detailed report from v4me (My Account | Account Info | Reports). If you are on pre-paid you will only see your last 10 calls/connections.

MM = data balance
AM = available minutes
CB - call balance
