Could you send me the reports form your usage monitor we were talking about. Want to show the comparisons to tech.

Jean - will start the process monday morning, you gotta choose, either the evenings or in the mornings.
And yes, we all want it automated, but to keep you on instead of losing you as a subscriber, i'd rather feed this to you daily till it is automated.

Thats how far i'll go to keep you on and prove my worth.

@Neotel, so now I have to phone the call center for my data usage so I can actually use my internet over the weekend? EPIC FAIL!

Also its not your worth you have to prove man. You have to prove neotel's worth!

Yeah, know about your waiting (alot of mails going back and forth about your situation).
So pressure is there.
 
@Neotel Why if the Max is 3.1mb/s, no one gets it? And when you be rolling out uncapped flex packages for say 400 ZAR?

The 3.1mb/s is ideal world speed. (even networks ranging to 3.6mb/s or 7.2mb/s is all based on ideal world.)

An ideal world is this (and accountable for any network, mobile/fixed)
You live directly next to the tower, the weather is 100% clear, no obstruction, no other user connected.

So unless you live in that world, it aint gonna happen. This is reality and any network fluctuates based on above factors.

The porduct request - will point it in meeting tomorrow with product to see feedback and thoughts.
