A retail trading company based in Durban is in search for the expert skills of a data warehouse analyst to contribute to the design and architecture of the business intelligence environment. The company has retail stores situated across Africa
The Data Warehouse Analyst will be required to apply a broad knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, design techniques, and approaches across data warehouse life cycle phases to design an integrated solution to address business requirements
To apply for this role you will need:
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5-10 years’ experience in data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and analytical tools
• 5-10 years’ experience in normalised and de-normalised database design
• Extensive experience in architecting data warehouse solutions and integrating technical components
• Design and implementation of data warehouse environment
• Experience in oracle and / Microsoft BI stacks
