Come on. Uncapped means uncapped. No-one mentioned "like uncapped". Or "laymans virtually uncapped".

As I said contact me and we can look at another solution, we also don't like holding unahppy customers to contracts and do generally release customers if they have better alternatives.

Whoooeeeee what a can of worms i opened! I hope everyone has got their frustrations out and are feeling much better? Better to take it out here than on innocent people on the roads i suppose :) To get kinda back on topic:

1. I can't seem to find that R820 offer on the Datapro site that i first noticed and enticed me to post about them......has it been withdrawn from the market?
2. What kind of traffic shaping can users experience on these accounts? Is it true about the "up to 3 gig on saix and thereafter onto their network" comments i hear and if so does this mean sever degradation or change of service somewhere during the month when the change over is effected?

Erm.. clearly if it was important enough to come to the forum, which I do appreciate, he can reply to the answers here aswell rather than just tell us how wonderfull datapro is.

I dont think thats to much to ask, and by doing so, everyone can see the answers rather than telling everyone the same answer personally over the phone.

It will save him time and energy posting here.

Honestly now that I think about it, Im not going to keep on begging for an answer, if its not important enough to answer me then I cant really care about datapro.

a) Its harder to explain things and give tonal feedback to someone on a forum (ie. most people take my posts as flames!)

b) If he's as busy as most people in the business I know, and his time is as expensive - logging into a forum to have to explain things (continuously it would seem) is a great deal of effort.
 
Then why on earth do you expect, Telkom to even give us one answer?

Sorry, we covered this enough before, if your serious about your service you need to response on this forum. I can just as well give Telkom kudus for not even giving 2 jacks about this forum or even replying, since they to busy with business.
 
Ye well thats just you, I want to see progress sadly. Responding to simple questions, yet important to me and perhaps others, should be made some sort of priority.

Strange how posts, regarding questioning for answers, allways turn into something like this thread.

That that shows why you cant even get answers out of companies, in person even. Cause they just dont have answers, or the right-way-of-bull****ting-you answers.
