Vodacom needs to catch a wakeup. They can never launch something on prepaid or don't want to yet everybody else can. First it was data bundles while MTN have been having it. Then we were told that the new system allows a lot more. Then come night owl we are told we can't have it while 8ta have been having it. Now it's Data SIM again.
Seriously this is the worst company I have seen. Not worth the "leading network" saying. They need to start putting customer service first and start with hiring some competent programmers first. If Knott-Craig was right then Vodacom will be the first to go in the new competitive environment.
