I have a dispute with Multichoice on the dualveiw decoder. I am looking for other people that have had this problem with the TV2 output connector. The problem is the center pin comes out of its socket. In my opinion this is a manufacture defect and I should not have to pay for the repair. I know other people who have had this problem.

I have one, the TV2 coax output is supposed to have a barrel connector that stops that from happening. I have one on
my system which I bought in Decemeber last year. The install guy told me DSTV added them in the boxes to combat that problem.
 
I got one...and no problems like that

But i dont think I have unplugged it since it got installed...

True, but they are mostly pretty f#cked after 'falling' off some truck ;)
