Greetings, gentlemen.

In order to get TARS to work in DCS 1.2.3 you will have a few things to do:

DCS World needs to have the following two directories created (standard installation path quoted below):

'Export' in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config
'Scripts' in C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Scripts


Additionally you have to copy/create two files in the newly created: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\Export

Copy Export.lua from (a new empty file will probably also work): C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Scripts
Create a new (empty) file called Config.lua (that would normally contain this statement: EnableExportScript = true, but is now handled in network.cfg (explained below)

TARS Setup (do this again because TARS adds one single line to the Export.lua, in addition to installing TARSExport.lua and some other files, see below)

Open TARS Control panel (upon installing TARS close teamspeak first).
Setup radio-keys and settings if required.
Click the A-10C icon. Check install TARS, uncheck standby.
Copy the newly modified C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\Export.lua to: C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Scripts

Other thing you need to do (for hosting) is to open network.cfg in "C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Config and change allow_object_export = false to true -- (default is false).

Please tell us about your re-arming problems and how this LALT+' thing has helped (if it has). I haven't tried that yet but I remember you saying you had problems rearming in 1.2.3. I hopped onto Op Bactria for a spin and I thought a change of loadout was in order so selected one from the standard re-arm menu. Everything seemed fine and it even told me "re-arm complete" as per usual but nothing happened.
 
Hey m8, yes u must use LAlt+' to re-arm, if u don't u will see nothing on the aircraft even if it say re-arm complete. The key combination will bring up a arming box where you can select different load-outs.
 
Hey guys, I'm almost done with my first fictional SAAF skin. This one is inspired by the camo scheme on some of the Sabres and Mirages of old. I know what's what here now (more or less) with regard to what goes where so hopefully the next won't take an eternity to do. Next one will also be based on old SAAF colours but in the Oryx/Impala type camo then onto current Hawk/Gripen inspired stuff.

By the way, I had a huge problem with this. http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=102258&page=5

I had imported my controls from DCS A10 1.1.1.1 and the current version of DCS world generates a new specific keyboard.lua file in the input folder so mine didn't even have the rearming and refuelling menu listed under controls. I would have had to have deleted my input folder and re-mapped all my controls (NO CHANCE!) so I missioned a bit and figured it out (explained in linked thread). Eventually got it right though and basically if you're having the same problem I did, what you need is...

{combos = {{key = "'", reformers = {"LAlt", }}, }, down = iCommandMissionResourcesManagement, name = "Rearming and Refueling Window", category = "General"},

...added to the keyboard.lua in your users\saved games\DCS World\Input.

The new menu is great. :)
