Got some good points and yes it's his duty to do that. But if every time you make adjustments he gets called racist I mean what is your counter argument 'No I am not' ye that don't work. And who backs him? No one so it's one man against his whole crew of crooks. Also I do think the fact the government does not back him with his decision and makes it public he is one man alone.Well if he's not there to save the sinking ship then what the hell is he there to do? As CEO he has the power and authority to get rid of the non performing managers if that's what it takes to right that upside down ship.
I like that you can guys can see the nuances and difficulties in managing Eskom now that de Ruyter is CEO![]()
Also with what's been happening in my area with public figures getting assassinated for doing good or changing things (lawyers, councilors, police chiefs ect) I assume if he makes too big adjustments with absolutely no backing won't be surprised if he is found dead too..... Ye the country we live in.... Do good get killed.
