Can't we just get OVER all these problems, I mean come on... geezuz!

And people ask me why they shouldn't come to Neotel!
 
Speeds are still up to sh@t though, up and down up and down 80kbps for few seconds then down to 20kbps...w t f! I'm getting really annoyed and loosing my patients very quickly and I've been loyal to Neotel for over a year now and battled it out but this is getting pathetic.
 
one of the reasons i left neotel, and iburst for that matter is everytime the weather went south their towers emigrated. I dont see how a bit of rain can affect it that much, but it did. like clockwork.
 
Never trust any technology provider who requires you to buy proprietary hardware. The best (i.e. most reliable) technologies are those that have been widely adopted. The fact that they are so widely supported is a testament to their proven track record in real world conditions. Look at the difference in performance and reliability between the mobile operator's 3G networks which use non-proprietary hardware and pretenders like iburst, mywireless & Neotel's EVDO (or whatever it's called).
 
OMG man, ever since this 'dead connection' story started, my Neotel has been sucking.

Seriously, I'm doing 8KB/s MAX now!! WTF is going on!
 
Well all Hugo will say is, it's the Congestion from everyone coming back from holidays, although I always thought more people would go online during the holidays because they have free time and can Skype and all that.

Hugo IS the Neotel rep and he does know everything so I'm not going to even wonder why we have slow speeds, it's all the congestion!!.
