Can't believe you used the word responsibility and ANC in the same post!!!

The only personal responsibility I have is to take care of myself and my family
whereas the Govt has a responsibility to take care of all the ppl in this country(Not just the ministers).

Rather drop these old retarded notions about the role of govt I would suggest

saw a documentary on this a while back - in New York people showing symptoms were basically arrested and put into isolation in an island Hospital somewhere

I actually believe there are real concern by government and I actually think they are doing what they can about this strange TB strain. The fact is nobody at this stage has a cure. The problem is though, knowing how pathetic our health ministry is, we don't exactly have a winning team on this very serious illness,... sigh
