A new strain of TB that can kill within a month has hit South Africa - prompting a high-level meeting of experts in Johannesburg on Thursday.

It emerged in Tugela Ferry in KwaZulu-Natal, killing 52 of the 53 people infected with it, half of them within 25 days of diagnosis.

Sorry but 12 years later we're still waiting - for government to wake up and realise their ineptitude is going to/IS biting them in the arse. They think nobody notices - but dead people everywhere are hard to ignore.
