I just bought two Samsung 22" screens from Sahara. One was fine, but the other had 3 dead pixels. I took it back within 7 days, but they only replace if there are 7 or more dead pixels (aparantly a Samsung policy, but I couldn't find anything about it yet). So now the screen is in for repairs - under warranty, but it will take about 3 weeks.
Next time I'm simply returning it and buying a new one...
