Thanks! I used to nag everyday by bumping the thread that was discussing it, but that fell on deaf ears

I don't see it as sullying. The classifieds for me, is too disconnected from the rest of the forum.

Makes searching easier as well.

And I don't think that doing it that way would add unnecessary or unwanted clutter.

I completely agree here. Disconnected is not a good necessarily. For the classified section it is fine, i agree there but the dealers section functions very well in the actual forums that i have seen them in. Also i might not feel like bothering with the classifieds section or just forget about it, whereas if it was part of the actual forum it will prob become part of my daily routine

I completely agree here. Disconnected is not a good necessarily. For the classified section it is fine, i agree there but the dealers section functions very well in the actual forums that i have seen them in. That is the way I feel as well.

The Classifieds is way underused as it is. People spam and scam in there all day and hardly anyone says anything about it or bothers to report it, cos they don't go in there.

Why not have it similar to the news items, each news item have a link to the thread in the forum discussing it. Surely the same thing can be done for the classifieds?
