So I noticed recently that I get really pissed off (much more than usual) at minor things like people parking inconsiderately / people talking loud and laughing like ***** in malls / people who slurp when they eat etc etc... also people who have no notion of consideration or politeness - really makes my gears grind.

Makes me want to take a tire iron to their ugly faces. Maybe I'm just getting older and more grumpy.

You would rather not get angry, or how to better release steam?

Not much stress factors in my life ... not sure why I get so angry at inconsiderate and rude people recently.

Copious quantities of alcohol may assist in managing your anger issues - but could also lead to other associated societal or health issues as well - like passing out at the dinner table, or on the toilet, or driving your car INTO the living room, instead of the garage, or having to constantly order new stock on the Checkers 60Sixty app for home (or office) delivery... not to mention having to explain the waste bin full of empty alcohol bottles / tins to your co-workers in the break room...

Thing is that anger (for me at least) isn't a release of steam; it's a state of tension over the behaviour of other people that does me no good. Now if that anger motivated me to go over there and smack their stupid face into their cheeseburger with their wife and kids watching karma attack daddy, sure - that's a release of steam. But I know I won't do that.

So I try to remind myself that although the rude cunt in traffic cut in front of me, I'm not going to also let them get inside my head by making me angry.

A few possibilities,
1.You're close to or past 50
2.You don't have the same energy or fitness level as before.
3. You're spending too much time near *****
4. You're turning White.

Aghori, teen boys fight alot since they have excess testorones, hence why sport is encourage for boys.

If no external stress, there might be an underlying issue, maybe go see a doctor, and make sure everything is okay.

My father became really angry all the time, I told my mom its not normal for someone to be so angry for no reason, and she should take him for a check up, she never did.

He died of unrelated disease (stomach cancer), at least I think he did.
