Dear Cell C

After the whole BIS debacle with Vodacom, consistent dropped/missed calls and random sms delays I decided to give cell C a try and port my number to them, so far I am far from impressed.
On the 16th I went through the pre approval application process, Went pretty smooth. Then on the 20th I completed the process and was told this should take more than 3 - 4 days (miss information). Only after 3 days did the approval department contact me asking for copy of ID, Payslip and 3 months bank statement (of course they won't accept internet statements) so I had to head to sandton city... on friday... on payday, fun as you would imagine. On the the 23rd I send all documents through.
Now it's the 28th and after calling cell C they have no idea what's going on, there are mumbling like it was not approved then it was approved and they working on it. How long does it take to sort out a contract, does anyone know what's going on ?
 
Well since the Cell C rep on this site, or the agents in the call center can't get back to me then I'll have to stick with vodacom.
Getting Customer service from a cell phone network is like getting blood from a stone!
