Is the 128kbps VAS available on the wireless 2 package?

The throttled 64kbps service will be available to you as a value added service on all packages excluding Wireless Starter (80MB).

EDIT: There's no mention of the 128kbps service being available on all packages.

So if that is correct, lets do a comparison.

Wireless 5 package is R445-00 and you get 5GB

Wireless 2 package 2GB (R198) + 128kbps VAS (R249) = R447

At download speeds of 128kbps, how much could one download in 30 Days? (I failed maths in high school)

This is just to get an idea, I would rather wait for the "Uncapped/after hours" package at full speeds.
