I have said countless times though that I don't really have a problem with AA/BEE as it doesn't affect me and doubt it will.
I'm not so sure about that. Have you never driven through a pothole, or receive an incorrect municipality account or bad service in South Africa. All a result of people being appointed based on the colour of their skin and not on merit.

Would service delivery not be better is we appoint people on merit and not based on the colour of their skin?
