Agony Aunt Anele advises the next commenter on her list to deal with his dislike of black people.

Aunty Anele burst on to the Agony Aunt scene in January, fulfilling the secret dreams of thousands of commenters by making them the subject of an article for once. We all love ripping off online commenters, but have you ever tried to help one? We didn't think so. That's why the world is grateful for people like Aunty Anele -- saving the internet, one troll at a time.

Dear White Trash
Where are you? Aunty hasn't seen your name come up on the comment queue for so long ... I'm starting to get a little worried.

Besides your absence, I'm also a bit concerned about your self-esteem. Having a pseudonym like White Trash is just a little transparent, don't you think?

You should know that low self-esteem often manifests as retaliation against others. Although your comments are educational with their wide range of (mostly) offensive synonyms for the word "black", they are too aggressive and sometimes (read: most times) off-topic.

Taking my cue from your comments, I want to tell you something that you may not already know: BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT THE CAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT'S WRONG IN THE WORLD. Phew! It's out!

I know this may come as a shock, so have a moment to take it in. The world is sometimes a bad place with bad people and governments, and they come in all kinds of colours -- including white.

Are you still standing? Tea or a stiff shot? Get it now and continue when you've recovered.

Now then, I've compiled a nifty step-by-step programme to help you ease your hatred of black people while working the comments. Make sure you do not comment until you have completed all the steps. Here's what to do:

1. When reading the article and subsequent comments, inhale deeply. Count to five and take in all the air your belly can comfortably hold.

2. Exhale slowly, again counting up to five.

3. Identify the exact cause of your hatred and the underlying reasons behind it.

4. Write them down as many times as you want to, then burn the whole document. This exercise will enable the release of the hatred. Imagine, if you will, three black people that you hate the most crumbling before you like that sheet of paper, asking you to make the world right again. It will make you smile, and it will help with the next step.

5. Practise visualisation techniques. No, not smashing a hammer into the back of someone's head because you aren't happy with BEE, but of you smiling at a black person. I would have suggested hugging or even interacting for others; however, I think this should be fine for you. Baby steps -- we don't want you having a breakdown.

6. See how you feel after this, and when you are more comfortable smiling at black people in your mind, then you may comment.

Just remember, White Trash, Aunty believes in free will for all. But when your free will causes bleeding eyes for others because they have to read your comments, that's when I need to step in to restore some balance.

It's okay to be proud of being who you are, whiteness and trashiness and all. Just please don't let that pride morph into such terrible feelings against everyone who isn't white. That's a little too trashy for our liking.

I thought this article is apt for this section considering the amount of very vocal conservative right wingers who live in this section of the forum.

I don't know any conservatives on this forum who think that Black people are the cause of all that is wrong in this country. At least anybody who has espoused such a philosophy here has been promptly cited or even banned. I've even RBP'd my share of racist rants on this forum and seen them banned.

So just who are you talking about here w1z4rd? And how do we know that this isn't just more of your trash trolling threads to start a flame war on this forum? Why drag the racism from another forum onto this one? What are you hoping to achieve by this?

The beauty of our constitution is that the same rights afforded you to express and believe what you wish is given to someone who may have an opposing view.

Its indicative of the society we live in. People can pretend that there are no racial undertones with regards to any subject matter. Its not a South African phenomenon, but a global issue. Sometimes its best to acknowledge that people need to respect each other without having to go gaga and pretend like they like you.
 
When the OP was 14 he took an IQ test and was told by the teacher he had an IQ of around 560. Everything he does and thinks is informed by that number. :p

Reading "Agony Aunt" and posting "Agony Aunt Rants" is a bit... well classy according to some people. To each his own I guess.
 
hmmm, alright? I was told I was a racist last night, then when I explained my story to the chap, he apologized and we got to talking :D.

I don't care what people call me anymore, it's just a fact of life... as you life, you gonna be called nasty names blah blah blah.

What article? I don't see any article. There is only some crazed rant from some stupidly titled columnist focusing on the ravings of some person who has nothing to do with this forum. You seriously want us to comment on that? Why not deal with the issues on this forum rather than importing issues from elsewhere.
