Dearest Rain: WTF?

Pay R1 and then send them an email that says you accidentally payed to much and would like them to refund you. Lets see what they say? lol
Problem is that it doesn't give you an option as to what amount to pay. They deduct whatever is outstanding from your card - which in this case is R0.00 :ROFL:

What's frustrating is this is someone else's line that I'm sponsoring. The guy is a student so he's losing out on his studies. I thought I might have made a mistake when he sent me a WA a few minutes ago to say his internet is off. Logged in and that's the message I got.
 
This is my own account, the same account I asked them to deactivate a month ago since the network was too kak and unreliable to use as a backup during loadshedding. I ended up going back to my main Telkom Mobile number to use as a backup instead.
