Awesome thanks so much for the clarification guys! I wasnt sure about the last bit 
Now to go tinker on my poor Lock. I had a Destro build that was 40-21 or sumthing like that, that I got from a Blue post thread.
I used to do some really neat crits with it. However I did something foolish by trying out an Affliction build, which I really hate now
