Debit order not stopped or refunded

Hi,
I have cancelled my Rain 2 days after recieved, Rain notified me that i will get back my money and that the service is Cancelled.
I have not recieved my money back and what is even worst is that the second debit order was taken, not they have 2 payments and i have no way of contacting, Surely this is urgent and i should get better service than this?? Please assist me Urgently!?!!?

I would contact the bank and see if they can assist, put a stop order against them and they might be able to reverse the last debit.

You're going to need to be registered by RAIN, as an authorised agent, before making requests like this.
