Hi guys!
Okay so I'm coming out of braces in about 7 months, but I got a problem... See I went for my monthly check up this week and they spotted two white spots, very very small, near the gum, it looks like a line as thin as a needle. So they said its decalcification of my teeth, but I can remove/revert it at this stage in time before it gets worse!
Any suggestions on how? I don't want to come out looking strange..
This is what I'm doing now (routine):
1. Brush teeth slowly and properly at the right angles.
2. Waterpick
3. Floss
4. Take that pill which exposes the plaque more (pink)
I've also been cutting down of fizzy drinks.
Is that enough? I've been googling around and apparently I should get sensodyne tooth paste and some sort of repair e.g mi paste (yes it's spelt like that)
I'm very worried and scared that this expands, as a child I had extremely bad teeth and I do not want to go back on that road again!
Thanks in advance
