Hi folks

Here are the traffic stats for December 2005.

Unique Visitors: 116466
Pages Served: 4957529
Hits: 14496822

There was a small increase in the number of unique visitors from November which is surprising considering the many regular visitors that were on holiday. Thanks also to IC for updating the news section daily during the last two weeks. It was great that there were always a few new IT stories to read during this period.

Thanks a bunch for your continual support of MyADSL.

Regards,

RPM

Hi Skuzzy

I do not have the total BW for the whole period (must be a system glitch), but we have used 49,090 MB over the last 16 days (current billing period). I will give the full details when it becomes available…

Regards,

RPM

Nice

Holiday?

Even though I was on Holiday I still checked everyday, to see what was happening.

Telkom stresses you out a lot less when you are on the beach, beer and joystick in hand... (chicks in bikinis)

Well done all - just wondering, how are unique visitors calculated? If it's IP addresses then the total amount must be alot less, right?

I Think that it is by IP addess. So being is SA without a static IP it would be alot less.

using your ip combined with your MAC address, websites can derive that you are the same person who came yesterday with ip address X, even though today your ip is Y.

Dunno if thats how is been done here, but afaik that is the norm.

@guests - you need to register ASAP & start posting to meet this target :D - I'm joking - there's no pressure, but it would be nice :).
And if you have nothing to say, just post whatever carp you can come up with in the TK ;)
