Decent Anti-Ghosting Keyboard?

As far as I know any keyboard that is mechanical should have anti-ghosting but don't quote me on this.

The Logitech G keyboards also apparently have anti-ghosting.

Not necessarily, ghosting occurs if the keyboard uses a switching input configuration and keys are pressed which generate the same output on a matrix. Mechanical and non-mechanical have nothing to do with ghosting, it's simply the switch used in the actual key press.

I would recommend you read the following from Tom's Hardware which explains ghosting, mechanical key switches and also n-key rollover.
