Get a case without a psu and buy a separate brand name psu and get atleast a 9600GT. Btw,what are you going to use the pc for?

That DVD-writer is overkill, get a normal R200 one.
Change the 9400GT to something like the Sapphire Radeon 4670 512MB Silent edition.

Maybe get the Case without the 350w PSU, and buy the Vantec ion2 460w.

I'm not a gamer. I use is mainly for a little video editing, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and the normal document use; Word, excell, powerpoint and so on.
My frustration with my current machine, ±3 years old, is that it takes for ages with some video rendering and bigger Photoshop projects.

Go for the cheapest DDR3 RAM you can find.

A suitable LG or Samsung DVD-RW (non Lightscribe is about R260).

Have a look at the ATI HD4550, rapes the 9400GT at a similar price.
