Decisions decisions... Which one?

Okay so here is my current setup;

I have a 4mbit adsl with Axxess uncapped.
Also have Neotel Prime with 1GB (was uncapped)

From January, i'll be working for a company that will subsidize my ADSL but only up to about 3GB. Its not paid to me, so I cannot put it towards the Axxess account.

So here are the options I think I have and would like comments;

1. Switch to 3GB DSL for browsing/working. Upgrade Neotel to 15GB and use that for downloads etc.

2. Switch to 3GB DSL for browsing/working. Upgrade Neotel to uncapped (-10 for being expensive though)

3. Switch to Axxess 10/15GB international, plus the 3GB account I'll get and run both on the router with specific routes.

4. Switch to Axxess local-only for downloads, done by route, and use the 3GB for any international stuff. (+10 for cheapest but if i wanna get a download from international then -50 points)

Any other ideas also welcome.

PS - still have a year to pay off Neotel which is why I factored it in. Currently using it only as a phone.
[EDIT] I also have someone willing to take over my Neotel phone, although i'll lose the yeas i paid for it, im not necessarily bound to it.

1) Keep your 4 meg with Axxess and get work to give you a 3gig account.
2) Sell off your 3gig account for beer
3) ???
4) Profit/hangover depending on how many beers are needed to get you drunk.

Seriously though, get the account and keep it for business hours, then use your Axxess uncapped after hours when it's not shaped. I see in your options that you want to get rid of your Axxess uncapped but I don't see why. Also, check out the Neotel forums, I'm not sure if they have sorted their issues out but a couple of months back there was a HUGE performance drop on the data packages. So I would recommend finding out what the story is with them.

hmm yeah im thinking, financially the uncapped is not killing me, im sharing the cost anyway. so maybe i should keep uncapped, use the work dsl in the day when the axxess is capped (Even if im not home, doesnt matter cause ill use the axxess one work at night anyway)

and then just let the neotel do what it does best, make and receive calls.
