To all you unhappy users ...

If Sentech gave me the service they are giving you I would sue them. Plain and simple. If you want any joy from this forget about calling them a zillion times, forget about the papers. People only respond when they are served with a summons. I had the same experience albeit not wirh sentech and you can adress this only with legal action against sentech.

Why not use these forums to coordinate legal action against sentech ? I would be happy to help ...

Have just joined after discovering this forum.I started with mywireless in June and now get downloads at 23kb/s - slower than an analogue modem.Sentech now say they are consulting their parners and hope to have the problem sorted by end August. My package is 256kb/s.Will support coordinated user action.
