Minecraft Server Set-up and Hosting + Dedicated Server group

I would like to propose two things in concern with minecraft game. First:
I am wanting to host my own server that I run with few staff and users that join. What the server will have is a per year subscription fee that is paid just to have the server hosted as I don't have internet speeds and data to host this myself. I am keen on running a server for people and would like to have a server where users pay a subscription fee of R80 - R100 for the year to be a member of our great community with support services via cellphone so if I'm not able to help I can get a admin to assist. My idea is to have a membership where you become part of a group that plays together and helps each other while having fun. then at a later stage will open up a bigger server where you can be a member with special benefits.

Second I am looking at setting up servers for people here locally where I manage the server for you and have a dedicated staff crew dedicated to assisting me. you only pay for the server which will cost about R1500p/year up for a 16 slot server or you can opt for monthly payments but it will cost more because year is discounted because of upfront payment.

Let me know what you think. I am interested in maybe finding a server where I can manage it instead of hosting my own if anyone is looking for a server manager.

My 2cents.

I don't think this will work, good idea but I don't believe in paying for a game and then paying subscriptions to play it.

Maybe other people feel differently.

Also keep in mind if they are going to pay for the server they all will want admin rights which bring new challenges to the front like grieving etc...

From what i have experienced the only way to get assistance when paying for a server is for donations and according to Mojang's new Ts and Cs you can't accept cash for hosting a minecraft server, you have to have the cash go straight into the hosting of the server. Creeperhost use Playments to implement this.

I honestly wouldn't want to pay for something like a minecraft server unless its a server i enjoy joining then i will gladly contribute to it and have in the past

I don't have uncapped and had to stop hosting it. i looked at companies who host servers but they give you computers that are too low on ram to have many people. anyone know of a server in need of a admin to run it.
