Dedicated Bandwidth and Line
This has probably been discussed before, but all my searches have been fruitless.
I would like to ascertain as to whether a company can setup their own "broadband line" that is soley for their use internationally.
An example would be a company that wants to transfer large files to another company in another country without have to make use of a postal service or your standard courier companies, but do everything online.
Obviously it would entail have a huge or no cap and a fair amount of bandwidth.
How would one go about putting something like that together in this country given our broadband restrictions thanks to Telscum.
