With Google Play you can set the default CC so can change that to an SA one. Also allows you to get a Google Voice number etc.

Can't believe Spotify is so popular. Even if you are a premium user the web app will only stream at 160kbps. Deezer also streams some music at only 128kbps going by this thread --> http://www.head-fi.org/t/688383/deezer-vs-spotify-bitrate-sound-quality.

Thanks. Can't wait for google play music to come to SA. Not going to upgrade my google account to a US one.

Later I've started adding random songs and it continued playing the same songs over and over again. This was about 3-4 months ago though, could be better now.

You can use Rdio for free on Chrome with Adblocker. I've been using it for a while now and haven't had any problems.
