Defective condoms pass quality test

Might want to double up on any local condoms these days, seems a bit of bribery has compromised their effectiveness.

The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) has been rocked by a condom bribery scandal.
This has resulted in condoms that failed quality testing being passed on to the public.
