Deleted the Wrong partition on my hard drive - HELP

hello everyone. i deleted the wrong partition by accident is it possible to recover data if i take my hard drive to specialists?. unfortunately i formatted the drive in disk management. is the files gone or are they still safe?. i was trying to re install windows on my 1tb hard drive and i deleted the wrong drive. i really regret what i did it was not my intention to delete the drive.

Just re-install from the System State backup you made before you started tinkering....what's the problem?

i will just have to download stuff from 10 Petabytes Dc++ Public hubs cause i just wanted to store sutff from the internet for the sake of having it on my desktop but i do have a another 1 TB hard drive with lots of stuff on it. its not the end of the world for me i still have a working desktop and graphics card and working ram and working internet i just lost alot of awesome stuff off the internet
