It seems that Dell computers is having too much complaints! When I tried to submit a complaint on their website I recieved this e-mail back! It speaks for itself.

ha ha ha its dell... i hate em and by the sounds of things so do alot of people...

Their service can improve but I think the quality of their Laptops are excelent. I won't use anything else, and I have had a few others.
