How is it that ONE INDIVIDUAL like myself can have such shoddy support from Dell...
It can't be just bad luck, no, they have it down to a fine art...
You PAY for that NBD on site support...

I am livid with Dell South Africa. This is the second complaint I have put on Helopeter. The first was about the normally shabby sales department. Normally the service department is good, this time it *** I logged a call for service tag no GNY2D2J with a faulty CDRW drive. I was told by the gent that the courier company will be there the next morning to deliver the replacement drive. It has been 48 hours and NO SIGN OF THEM. I purchased this machine with 3 year next business day support specifically for these situations... THERE IS A BINDING CONTRACT ON DELL'S PART TO MEET THESE OBLIGATIONS... It makes me cross that this machine was sold with this "warranty" under false pretenses. Not so much as a "I can't make it" phone call from the couriers either. And whar can Dell do to rectify this or compensate me for not meeting their service obligation? eh... sorry? Never again DELL, never again!
