No, some ex employees from Denel tried to sell the blueprints to Israel, but Israel contacted the relevant authorities and the ex employees got arrested.

... Israel got the blueprints and made a deal for their return.

Journalists were fed the story you quote and Israel's actual involvement was minimised.

Israel has there own missile program, and the blueprints that they would have gotten was already 10 years (don't really know how long, but it has been around) in production. Don't think they would have won much by stealing it...

That was probably exactly what you thought when people told you five years ago that the American government taps into the worlds phones to listen in.

Funny how you haven't learned from that whole fiasco and keep on thinking governments are always honest and upfront about things.This is really how the world works and it wouldn't surprise me at all if what Antiganda is saying is true.

They do however only courier stuff at the moment but I'm sure it will get to where it should be in only a matter of time.
 
Saudi Arabia's defense budget is around $80 billion per annum - Denels order books for the next few years is a measly $3 billion. There is lots of room for them to expand even more in the ME, heck they need lots of ammo and arms, everyone is killing everyone over there, $3 billion is barely a footprint.
