Denied Contract

Well went into Virgin Mobile today to sign up for R320 Contract for N8 with everything prepared, but was turned down cause of the salaray i earn even though it was clear i could easily pay it since only expense i have is Adsl which shows on bank statement that i always have at least enough to pay the monthly R320.

Is there anyway else to get a contract since others say same thing .

They say they only give it to upper class salaries, so its discrimination. If one can pay monthly fee they should be eligible for a contract. Thought that was why i had to take in bank statement to prove that?

Its only R960 but thats because i do 4 days a month doing bookkeeping not enough work for whole month to get R5000, still trying to find another Bookkeeping job to fill in gap or PC work

I tried at vodashop but i dont have any bills in my name to prove i live at this house, was going to go for the R185 deal, seems the other places accepted the electricity bill in my moms name except them when i tried today

Btw does the online ordering work on vodacom site tried a few times to order and never worked?

I am sorry to tell you, but with that salary and your age, getting a contract with any network is going to be very very difficult. Perhaps ask a family member or close friend to take out the contract for you and you will reimburse it every month. Once you have your salary up to a comfortable point, then you can apply and have the line transfered into your personal name.

pitty then dont have friends who earn a lot (they at varsity) and doubt family will help thanks anyway
