what sort of issues are you facing? do you have any form of medical aid / insurance related health cover etc?

Hi Steamy Tom, no medical aid/insurance. I could probably come up with a few bucks from my parents as I am currently unemployed.

They have a long waiting list so you're looking at more than a year if you need dentures. It's not completely free either, they do some sort of means test. So you can get it done for free or a fee depending on how they assess means.
