Dentech I.T. Solutions - any good?

Hi Guys,

Looking for a new laptop for a friend. In my trawling, found adverts by Dentech I.T. Solutions but not sure if the reviews on FB / google etc are bought or legit. Haven't seen them mentioned on any forum discussions... Has anyone heard of them / dealt with them / can verify they are good? Their deals on laptops are quite enticing given prices...
 
Dealt with them once before, about 2 years ago, but didn't buy anything as the product I was looking for was sold out. The person I dealt with was very apologetic and sounded quite sincere especially after I told him that their website still said they had stock (last unit was sold 2 days before). That was the closest I got to dealing with them.

They can't even setup their own domain and email address. Website is crap, a single page. I'd stay away.

Yes... that's them. The website also put me off... but lots of activity, likes and reviews on FB, a few decent reviews on Google and older ones on Hellopeter but still wasn't sure
 
I bought a tablet and laptop a while back.
I had no issues except things get sold very quickly, especially Apple products. I phoned more than once and all the stock was sold out that morning of it being advertised. If you see someone you want and the price is great then its best you act quick.
Receipts are provided and the items usually come with a warranty, however I have never claimed.

Thanks for taking interest in my Business. I started Dentech IT November 2009. Yes I don't have a proper website. Honestly never seen the need to have one. If I had an online store, it would be an different story (My stock just goes to fast). Google and Facebook gets my name out there more than enough. As said above. I advertise goods 9am, by 11am it's gone. My Whatsapp following is more than 5000 contacts alone. I have never paid for a single review in my life. And anything you want to buy, you are more than welcome to come test out before you purchase it. As for warranty. All our products have manufacturers Warranty. Not covered by us. If you have an issue, you contact the manufacturer straight. Feel free to contact anyone who posted a review on any of our platforms. Thanks a million for all the support!
