Okay guys, im too tired to send PM's, DM's, emails with no response or we have escalated type situation.
I ordered a 2MB uncapped line voice + adsl. Im a completely new subscriber, so that and my credit history im needing to pay the R700 deposit. Fine, well up until yesterday i was not told this
Now i have my order number and username and password etc, which i received via sms.
Yesterday when i spoke to the guy on the line, there was no mention of the R700 deposit. All he said was i would be billed end of November R579 + Pro Rata amount depending on when in October the installation took place. I kept on asking is that all? no installation fee? or anything else. Guy said no, ill get the installation + modem etc. (im now hooked in) of course.
earlier this morning, im contacted and told to pay the R700 deposit, before a technitian is sent to me. This now annoyed the crap out of me, because i havent even started using these guys, and already there are issues.
what further angers me is, that i kept on asking, how and where do i pay this R700, and not a single reply back. Now this has been dragging on for a while now, and this was after i had done an online application 4 times.
i know its a big rant, but i dont know what i should do, as on one hand the one guy said nothing about a deposit, and on the other hand im told to 1st pay the deposit.
any advice guys, how do i go about this, as i know about the deposit, as ive read about that on here. But do i pay it when i was told i dont have to?
