so dont say ice-cream and choc sauce, or strawberries and cream

Peppermint crisp tart!

Takes 15min to make and is delicious!!!

2 x box Orley Whip
1 x packet Tennis Biscuits
1 x tin Caramel Treat
1 x Peppermint Crisp chocolate

Beat the Orley whip until stiff.
Add Caramel treat and mix until completely mixed with the "cream". Grate the whole chocolate and add half of that to the mixture.

Now pack a layer of Tennis Biscuits in a square or rectangular bowl.
Scoop half of the Caramel mixture on top of the biscuits and level with a spatula.
Pack another layer of biscuits and scoop the other half of the mixture on top. Level again.
Now sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate over the top.

Put in fridge and enjoy later!

White Chocolate Mousse With Berries
1 small box (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding
2 cups nonfat milk
2 cups nonfat whipped topping
2 cups fresh berries (or frozen, thawed) such as raspberries, blueberries, or huckleberries

In a medium bowl, mix pudding with milk. Stir constantly with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add whipped topping and mix well.

Layer mousse with berries in a serving bowl or individual parfait glasses. Be sure to save some berries for the top.

This is ready to eat or you can refrigerate it and serve later.

Anything with Nutella really... You could buy spring roll wrappers from PnP and fill it with nutella, bake and serve with ice cream, I even saw a recipe for microwave nutella cake once.
