You wrap the Lindt milk chocolate balls in pastry to resemble a sweet in a wrapper and then deep fried. You can served with a small bowl of Amarula custard.
This dessert is orgasmic to say the least! As you bite into the bon bon you discover the Lindt ball has melted. And when you dip it into the Amarula custard, the chocolatey goodness is accentuated. On it’s own, the balls were scrumptious! And the same goes for the custard.
