You can't really see from the pictures, but there's a lot of little specks on the paint that came from dust settling on it whilst it was busy drying. Most of the fk ups came in where there was hair that got caught in the paint and I tried taking it off, in the process I removed paint as well so I tried touching it up, didn't work too well.

I highly recommend anyone painting their box, to set up a clean room. Dust and hairs will destroy your work if you are a perfectionist like me. Also keep spraying the same distance all the time. As you can see my colors are all different but it's the same paint >.>

Shave head and setup a white room... Sounds like a plan.

Painting a case is never a good idea, I have tried it as well and didn't go all that well :p

@op - check out PC international, they sometimes have some nice cases, I got my Raidmax Smilodon from them.

You have to be carefull but you can get some really good results. If you want a really good job give it to someone that does spraying painting for a living. Spray with 2K or duco, bake, block & clearcoat. I painted a case many moons ago similair to a SGI workstation and it looked cool.

All depends on your level of skill, tools & envoronment which most of us lack.
