Desktop Question

Hi guys,

I have a quesiton that needs some serious urgent attention!

Is there a way to keep my desktop icons and shortcuts from constantly being re-arranged - so if someone moves them, they will go back in place and what not.

Someone mentioned there is a registry fix for this - maybe?!?

PLZ HELP!

I want them to stay where I put them.

Using Windows XP.
