Desktop Recording software ...

I often watch webcasts on my PC. I want to be able to record the webcasts (sound and screen) so I can play them back when not connected.

Anyone know what software does this? Any opensource/freeware options available?

Not youtube ... I actually found "youtube grabber" a while ago and that works great for youtube....

I need it for a corporate webcast/conference tool - looks like it is run on a thing called Oracle Collaboration Suite ...
