But too bad this aint happening here at all~

you also dont get cars that can only drive 60km/h max and cost only R20000. neither do you get houses that's roofs are only 1.6meter high cause their owners is only 1.6 meters tall and therefor the house cost half the price of a house thats roof is 2.5 meters high. the list goes on....

If anyone is interested I asked around and Aerosat's SatDSL uses a bidirectional radio-frequency still so its very much a PE solution.

On the bright side it looks like they service my area so it might be something for me to look into :)

U do~ Can get a second hand car around 14k that goes up to 80km
Get a crappy scooter from dions for 8k that goes around 80km. Ppl living in squatters get houses just for their height~ U get Nammibia airway for half service but half price trips in comparison to other leading airways~
The list goes on~

Eh, scratch that. No P2P and a R500 setup fee (plus 15% surcharge for month-to-month contract).

But if SAOL can do this surely others can too?

How about 192kb satellite with a 30GB cap?

As i said in the above post. Openweb has an uncapped account, runs at 384k. Its unshaped, p2p and stuff is allowed. Month to month contract, no setup fee. Its a myadsl special, so email admin@openweb.co.za to apply.
