Who ever thought that I'd be posting in this section again, but sadly, I am.

Why?

Neotel called me this morning to find out if my Neotel phone device has been collected, which I obviously replied with "Bru, it was collected ages ago" and the guy didn't sound so convinced.

Hugo - please look into this - I don't want any surprises and sadly, Neotel is known for nasty surprises.
They called me from 011 585 1590

Lol. You getting ugly phone calls and today, after begging Neotel to come and collect their device for 7 months, they arrived to collect it without an appointment. Fortunately for them my wife was home.

This is after they shunted me around 2 weeks ago by making me drive home to meet them at 3 to collect the device and they didn't pitch . Then I still had to leave home and drive back to the shop after 4 during peak hour traffic to lock up. Cost me 70km worth of fuel and 3 hours in traffic .

Haha I am still waiting for them to collect all 3 faulty ones I have ....................
