Diablo 2 LoD SA Server

I get loading screen when connecting to the ip then I get failed to join server?
Any advice , im running v1.12
 
server is down atm

check the diablo2 channel on irc (shadowfire) for when its up again

The server runs on 1.11b... Even if u run 1.12 it doesnt matter. I play on USEast and the SA server and it works fine.
 
Sadly, no local D2 yet. I started an account on the Asia host, which is really zippy. Not quite as much fun as playing on the Bitfarm server, but at least one gets the fix

If you are up for a hack fest and good dueling USEast.

If you are up for having massive amounts of Glitched itemz on your char USWest.

If you wana play with people that dont speak English Asia.

Europe... Uh Guys wana go have a cup of tea and cookies before D2? Good show lad.
 
*sigh* Got a little story to share.

Blue gets back on the Diablo 2 horse. Farms for a couple of weeks. Saves up 12 ist runes (eg a lot of D2 ingame currency). Gets scammed of 12 ist runes. /ragequits D2.

How the hell did that work?
 
seeing that the server is down for a bit , here is an offline mod, that gives online runewords offline, as well as both world events
*D2clone, no need to sell SoJ to make him walk, as the mod simulates them being sold, u will see the messages at the top of the screen. he will walk after 75 have been sold (random amount after that, but less than 125, u can change the amount needed in the ini file) , please note he will only spawn in Hell difficulty
* Uber quest also available, but u will still have to find the keys necessary from countess, summoner and nihilathac

This only works with v1.11, but its not that bad, seeing that the bitfarm sever also still works with 1.11
Also included a char with all the runes, so u can play around with those very xpensive runewords
To use the Plugy mod, just xtract it into your D2 folder, and run the plugy exe instead of your normal shortcut. Nothing is changed, so if the server comes back on again, u just run your normal shortcuts again.

@Devil : been messing with dueling chars, trying out builds when the server went off, with the help of this mod ;-)

Or you could try D2PK Realm.
Instant level 99's by drinking pots or you just drink one to be level 9 etc... with the best possible gear (You walk into a portal and your characters are standing there, you kill your character for the itemz to drop.)
Runewords, rares, agics EVERYTHING that could possibly be found on any realm but you never can because its like a 1 in 778569856785685 to find it.

No but you can make it work still even if you have 1.12.
I have 1.09 realms up to 1.12. I got like 5 Diff diablo's on my comp lol
But heres how to do it.

What you do is... You Go to programe files and copy the Diablo II Folder onto your desktop.
On that site i posted above in the D2PK Realm section there is a patch that you just download and copy it into ur D2 folder you pasted onto your desktop.
So then when you play that realm you have to go into that D2 folder for that realms patch. Your 1.12 patch for USEast etc will still be working normally aslong as you didnt over-write the patch in your programe files. :D pretty easy.

What does v1.12 offer that 1.11 does not have?
 
Sorry for the downtime guys, we should have the server up in a day or two just need to get some other higher priority servers working again and the BF LAN has also taken up a huge amount of the owners time. So just hang in there for a bit ;)
 
Thanks for the update alt21, the local Diablo2 fraternity (sorry, raving-looney-fanclub) appreciates the efforts. Playing on the BF Battlenet server is awesome!
