By the time it comes out its going to look so dated its a joke.

Ive always been a huge fan of Blizzard but I've completely lost faith in them... The money has gotten to them and it doesnt seem to be about the players anymore.

After all the bad news I've been hearing about SC2 and D3 Im over it, Congratz to Blizzard for pulling a EA move.

but dude, do you know how long WoW has been in the making since their first trailer?

that trailer was like 10 years ago :eek:

and WoW is now making them mega bucks because WoW is so good (not to me, but the stats speak for themselves)

...imo blizzard are they only ones that make flawless working games. and the lore surrounding the stuff is amazing, and their games have good gameplay.

blizzard has still got it imo.
 
I would rather wait longer for a game than downloading a 500mb patch for it on release. Blizzard actually tests their game unlike tryarch! Bloody WaW...HOW MANY MORE PATCHES AM I GONNA HAVE TO DOWNLOAD?

Well the thing is Blizzard still has to make a major game that sucks .... I am just scared they cancel it :eek:

Yes and no offence but it is not a pretty game (WoW) and if it was not for th ename Blizzard on it as well as all the good work Warcraft did as a brand leading up 2 it it would have been a gaint failure.

Well it sold well enough and I enjoyed it. The problem is you can not have a Starcraft and Diablo or even Warcraft 2 every game. If you look at other games around that time it was really not bad at all ;)

sorry guys, but Blizzard can NEVER fail at a game. even if D3 sucks totally (which it won't) it will still make millions.


Edit: Show me another game that A LOT of people still play after 10 years that isn't an MMO - please?

OMS...not our fault you didnt have a strong enough pc that time to play it and eventually when you got around to it...probably 5-10 years later it wasnt that great(compared to other games).

I still play Warcraft 3 and think it's amazing. Actually it's my favourite Blizzard game. My concern about D3 is that gaming has come such a long way since D2 that unless they implement some drastic upgrade/change to the fundamental gameplay mechanic, it's just gonna be a prettier D2, which means it'll be dated as hell.

When you look at all the awesome things that can be done by players in an MMO, and then you go back to the Diablo-style RPG which is just click click click click loot repeat x 877656535425 it's just a bit lame.

2013 release date?? I would like to play the game while I am alive. Thats in 4 years time. I would say its fine if Diablo II was released this year.
 
No where has it been said that it will be a 2013 release date, thats just the website making some random joke, they say there will be some sort of pvp, and if you want necromancers and paladins why not just play diablo 2 again?
 
2013 has to be a joke, I am sure it will be here before the end of the year.

And I am sure it will be a great game.
 
Saying that DotA is better than WC3 is like saying Foo Fighters is better than Nirvana. It's just silly.
